Q: Who we are?

A: Miftahul Quran is an International Institute for Online Quranic and Islamic Teachings for those who want to equip themselves with education of The Holy Quran and Islam. We have developed an extensive curriculum for learning Quran and basic Islamic education.
Q: How can I register?

A: Please click here and fill out the registration form. There is no registration fee for any of the offered programs.
Q: Who are the tutors?

A: Our staff will be, inshaAllah, the most distinguishing feature of our intuition. We have, Alhamdulliah, the assistance and support of highly dedicated teachers with expertise in their relevant disciplines. Tajveed or correct pronunciation is our prime area of teaching and we have, for this purpose, the services of well trained teachers. Simultaneously, we are helped by teachers who are the scholars of Quran (Tafseer) and Modern Islamic Fiqh experts.
Q: How would tutoring class take place?

A: At an agreed upon time, tutor and student come online with help of telephony software (Skype) , They talk to each other just like a telephone conversation but through computer and a screen sharing software(Mikogo) makes them enable to see the same lesson on their computer screen .Tutor can highlight letters and words of Quranic Script to enhance the understanding of the student.
Q: What do I need to get started?

A: Followings are required to start the online Quran learning:

A personal computer/laptop
A Hi speed/broadband /DSL internet connection /Cable
A computer headset (Headphone / Microphone + speaker)
We use Skype, quality internet telephony software, for voice conversation, you can download it by clicking on Skype icon from Miftahul Quran after submitting the registration form.
MikoGo software for screen sharing, you can download it clicking on MikoGo icon from Miftahul Quran after submitting the registration form. And meeting ID will be provided from the Tutor when you will start your classes. You can see your lessons on your computer screen during class with the help of this software. This is like a projector as we are in class room and becomes the lessons very interactive and easy.
